Arenco Subcontracting is delivering fully tested machines or units to customers and end users. Components needed are produced in our own workshops – in Sweden and China – together with local and international outsourcing. This is followed by mechanical assembly, electrical assembly, test running, validation and packing. The machines and units produced are mainly different kind of packaging machines.
Service / Spare Parts
The Arenco Shanghai subcontracting is handling orders from single parts, and up to smaller batches of hundreds of the same article We are serving customers with prototypes making, engineering support and design for manufacturing support. Some of these co-operations has developed to such an extent that our customers have requested us to manufacture and sell their products on the Chinese market.
Depending on the volume of the products to be assembled we use both assembly lines and assembly on one spot. Electrical assembly of cabinets and connection and wiring on the machines is carried out. We have a flexible workforce that can handle several machine types both for assembly and final testing. FAT is carried out either internally or together with the customer.
Sales
Several well-known European packaging machine producers have decided to subcontract part of their program from Arenco. We handle orders from single parts up to smaller batches of hundreds of the same article.
Our focus is to deliver fully ready tested units or machines to our customer or directly to the end user. From the customer’s documentation we source (locally or by import) or manufacture the parts needed. Mechanical assembly, electrical assembly, test running, validation and packing are performed according to the customers’ demands.
We can even serve the customers with prototypes making, engineering support and design for manufacturing support. Some of these co-operations has developed to such an extent that our customers have requested us to manufacture and sell their products on the Chinese market.
Machinery
Our Machining workshop is equipped as a complete workshop where we can do all parts needed for our products. We mainly work with stainless steel, carbon steel, aluminium and most common industrial plastics. Our machine park consists of both CNC controlled machines and conventional machines equipped with digital controls.
The sheet metal workshop use CNC-press brakes and handle welding in most materials and final polishing.
Normal wet painting and dip pickling is done in-house but we can provide many different kinds of surface treatment through our supplier network. We handle orders from single parts up to smaller batches of hundreds of the same article. Marking of part is performed according to documentation demands; laser, etsing and steel stamping are method used. Our quality control can perform material analyse and measurement control.
