The SW45 machine is the smaller version of the SW70. It was designed to save floor space in first place. The SW45 is 250 mm less wide than the SW70. The length is the same with 2940 mm. The heating capacity of the oven is also a bit different with 8kw (SW70: 12 kw), so power consumption is lower as well. Depending on stacking / collating pattern the maximal product size is also different: For the SW45 it is: 350 x 470 x 250 mm (SW70: 600 x 470 x 250 mm). Consequently the total net weight of the machine is 50 kgs lower (680 kgs) than for the SW70 (730 kgs).
Attention: There is no double push or double stacking option available for the SW45 machine!
The SW45 shrink wrapping machine is widely used in the packaging fields, for example for food, beverage, pharmaceutical, hardware and chemical products. The SW45 shrink wrapping machine is suitable for multipacking of products either loose or pre-packed in cartons or trays.
The machine includes all packing steps from in-feed and collation, wrapping, sealing to heat shrinking and cooling. A very tight wrapping and sealing reduces the film consumption and heat energy. The open sides of the package makes it easy to unwrap the package.
The SW45 is PLC-controlled with all functions and settings monitored from the touch screen panel integrated in the electrical cabinet. The result is compact machine occupying a small floor area. The integrated electrical cabinet can be placed on either left or right side of the machine.
The machine height is adjustable (730-840 mm), which makes it easy to connect in-feed and out-feed conveyors in a production line. Even roller feet are available for flexible production layout. Left/right hand or straight in-feed as well as stacking equipment are available as option.
The heated air in the shrink tunnel can be directed by means of adjustable flaps to achieve an optimised shrink result. These flaps are easily operated from the outside.
