S600

The Sprinter S600 is a continually operating sealing machine with a fixed speed of 60 packages per minute. The machine automatically seals packages with three flap lids using a hit melt glue unit or hot air equipment.

The Sprinter S600 is designed using stainless and corrosion-free materials. The machine is equipped with two sliding tunnel guards of unbreakable Polycarbonate which provide a clear view and easy access. The built-in drive station is well protected in the side of the machine, as well as the electrical cabinet.
The Sprinter S600 is equipped with hand wheels with digital read outs for setting (which show the measurement in millimeter) and adjustable stops. Setting of the S600 can quickly and easily be changed between different packaging sizes.
The Sprinter S600 is equipped with a lid corrector which guarantees square cartons. Together with the unique turning station it will keep your production running with best result.
The hygienic aspects have also been taken care of and the construction follows the norms within the food industry.
